today I went on a tour in fantastic weather which has been buzzing around in my head for a long time. I wanted to visit a pond and a lake, which I used to visit quite often. Formerly... That was so good 20 years ago. I did not know the ways anymore, only the rough direction. So I packed my seven things and went with my dog on the way.
The camera stayed at home today, but I tried a new camera app. "Halide", it can take the iPhone pictures as RAW.

heute habe ich bei traumhaftem Wetter eine Tour unternommen die mir schon lang im Kopf rum schwirrt. Ich wollte an einen Weiher und einen See, die ich früher recht häufig besucht habe. Früher... Am ersten Weiher angekommen.
Durch den fehlenden Regen ist der Wasserstand sehr gering. Ausgehend von der Höhe der Uferböschung würde ich schätzen, dass ein guter Meter Wasser fehlt.

Nach kurzem Genuss des Anblickes, ging es dann auch schon wieder weiter.
Back out of the woods again, the wonderful weather shows itself again.
Wieder aus dem Wald draußen, zeigt sich auch das wunderbare Wetter wieder so richtig.
We also discovered wild animals on the way :-D

Arriving at the lake, the same picture appeared. Also here a lot of water is missing, although it contains many springs and is therefore not dependent on inlets from other waters.

Am See angekommen, zeigte sich das gleiche Bild. Auch hier fehlt sehr viel Wasser, obwohl dieser viele Quellen enthält und er somit nicht von Zuläufen aus anderen Gewässern abhängig ist.
Nach kurzem verschnauefen ging es dann auch schon wieder auf den Heimweg, der jetzt nicht mehr so weit war.

Kurz bevor wir wieder zu Hause ankamen ging auch schon die Sonne unter.
