So.... Ich habe Sport gemacht. Ich habe sogar ausreichend Sport gemacht. Ich denke darum geht es aber gar nicht. Ich war heut auch bei Zahnarzt. Ein Drama.
Was meine Zähne anbelangt bin ich ein Angstpatient. Das ganze kommt durch die tollen Kinderzahnärzte die ich hatte. Zu Zeiten der DDR waren die alles andere als nett.
Das hat mich im Leben geprägt.
Jetzt habe ich aber das Glück einen sehr sehr guten Freund zu haben, welcher in München als Zahnarzt seine eigene Praxis hat. Grandios.
Ich hatte heut einen Termin weil mich leichte Zahnschmerzen plagten. Nichts schlimmes dachte ich. Dachte sich Rainer auch.
Nun am Ende war es dann doch etwas schlimmer und es endete in einer Wurzelbehandlung und in 2 Wochen geht es dann an den Aufbau. Es kommt eine tolle Krone drauf. Dank des Freundschaftsstatus ist das ganze sogar noch bezahlbar und wesentlich günstiger als sonst.
Ich bin froh diesen Menschen zu kennen, ich glaub ich würde mich sonst nie zum Zahnarzt trauen. Rainer war selber Angstpatient und kennt sich daher auch damit aus und genau so geht er auch mit seinen Patienten um. Einfach grandios.
Ach ja, das Bild mit der Katze hab ich auf den Weg nach München gemacht. Direkt an der Sbahn in Germering.

So... I've been working out. In fact, I've done enough sports. I don't think that's what this is all about. I also went to the dentist today. A drama.
As far as my teeth are concerned, I'm an anxiety patient. It's all because of the great kids' dentists I've had. In the times of the GDR they were anything but nice.
That shaped my life.
But now I have the luck to have a very, very good friend who has his own practice in Munich as a dentist. Grandiose.
I had an appointment today because I had a slight toothache. Nothing bad I thought. Rainer thought so too.
Now in the end it was a little bit worse and it ended in a root canal treatment and in 2 weeks we will start with the reconstruction. There will be a great crown on it. Thanks to the friendship status the whole thing is even more affordable and much cheaper than usual.
I am glad to know this person, I think I would never dare to go to the dentist otherwise. Rainer was an anxiety patient himself and therefore knows how to deal with it and this is exactly how he treats his patients. Simply terrific.
