Like I mentioned yesterday, weekends makes it a bit difficult to do any physical activity. Today I was even unable to make a bare minimum of 5000 steps. So you can imagine how I have been rooted the whole day inside my room and with my laptop.
Usually I visit some of my friends house during weekends. But for past few weeks it is getting even more difficult to get out and do some physical activity. Today I have been sitting with my laptop from morning just coding. In a way it is good that I'm learning many things and doing one thing that I like the most. But on the other hand I somewhat feel that I have to get up and do lot of physical activity.
I guess the only problem for me is the tome management. I have not been able to manage my time effective as of now. Maybe if I bring some routine and prepare a chart to specifically mention what I will be doing in a day, I guess things can get better. I will work on that.
