Yesterday was a slightly different day than my usual daily routine.With this stressful and hectic daily life and a lot of work, I left myself in the background..And I don't feel good in my own skin, so I decided to start running, two or three times a week, I haven't done it in a long time, when I say a long time, I really mean a long time.After walking Bailey, I returned to the school yard and did my first run. I had decided to start by running only 2km to see how I would feel the next day, but once I started I decided to continue and ran 3km. My goal was not to overexert myself because I weigh 96kg and not to overload my joints, as my plan for the second run is to run 6km.
