Yesterday was the second time I ran 21.2km and I felt much better than the first such run last Sunday. I managed to improve my records in both the 10km and 15km and the half marathon.I managed to reduce my time from 2 hours and 33 minutes to 2 hours and 16 minutes, which is great, this time the route had less elevation gain.
The bad thing this time is that at the 10th km I got a callus on my right foot, and at the 12th km I also got a callus on my left foot. I felt them a lot. For a moment I wondered if I should stop, but I decided to continue.
This time I again carried 2 liters of water in my backpack and 4 energy gels.
