What a long day! I woke up very early to do some workout. Walked 40 minutes, did 100 abs and some yoga. Then I connected with God and meditated for a while. The rest of the day was a complete chaos! Don't worry, I won't rant here 😅... Later in the afternoon I walked again, did some side crunches and my super wonderful 5 pushups... jeez, can't do more! Between one thing and another I managed to make 14k moves... and I ate apple bread, it was good!
