Patience, an amazing virtue human lacks nowadays. I know that perfectly fine, I'm one of them! I wonder why all related to health is so slow. Doctors makes you wait hours to finally check you, going to the lab or xray place is the same. You spend hours waiting and waiting and waiting... no one have a happy face while waiting, no one! Add to that parking the car veeery far away cause there was no parking near the place, not complaining for me but my mom is too old to walk all that and it was her doctor's appointment... we both ended making the actifit steps for today ha!
