Short summary of my week so far:
- Sport everyday (swimming/cycling/running/strength)
- broke my 10km run record from 48:34 to 47:21 DURING MY INTERVAL RUN!!!
- Did my first 3000m during a Cooper run on a very hot day
- working and training hard, also sleeping everyday during the day after work (powernap until 21:30 on Monday ๐)
- Tomorrow I can finally enjoy my weekend ๐14087
