Hi my dear Steemians and Actifitters,
Welcome to my daily mini blog where i talk about fitness, motivation and in general how i spent my time during each day.
In the morning i went for a run to get the day going faster and i managed to get a good run in.
While i was coming back i ran up to the rig with metal bars and started doing pullups or chin ups.
It felt hard but i did do them for a fes sets, not many reps though. Still i feel like i did an imorovement to mysef :)
Later i cooked and had a shake, went for a coffe with a friend and continued working on my youtube channel.
