I still got up and exercised today even though my Achilles is killing me. I am still trying to decide if I should take it easy tomorrow or if I should continue with the workout I have been doing this week.
I think I know what I did wrong to cause the pain on Monday so if I just avoid that, I might be okay.
I am trying to be more helpful around the house for so this week I offered to make all of our dinners.
Tonight was chicken patty melts and Brussels sprouts. They were really really tasty. Tomorrow I am planning on getting a little crazy with some zucchini. Hopefully it turns out.
I am super pumped that I hit my step goal today of 10k steps. Tomorrow could be another busy day so I might have a chance of doing it again.
