My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2019

VICTIM OFF MY OWN RULES -
No telephone No 5K actifit ......

With the 6 off us in Our family Being mobile is a thing! We got 4 ( mum, dad and the two adolescents and an old play phone with apps like candycrush for the young ones )

A month ago before the holidays in december the phone abuse in Our home was becoming irritating and to much.

We ( read I ) Made a rule if we are at the table to sit and talk or the have breakfast, lunch and dinner WE DONT USE OUR PHONES !

And it works !!

I Made a box, out of a wooden wine case, and put some letters on it and the boys helped. It turned out Nice, and everybody puts their phone in it while enjoying the croissants the boys Made this morning ( See it on the table in the picture )

Now on Our family Sunday I wasnt able to reach My 5-k-a-day, with Hive account@actifit. Oh well everything for bringing up the kids eith Our rules. In this day and age we think Thats important. Glad its Working.
