I woke up today feeling heavy because I did a lot of walking the night before and also I went to bed late.
I woke up at around 7AM then I thank God for the day and then lie to bed again and then unintentionally I slept.
I woke up again at around 7:45AM which is a bit late because my work starts at 8:30AM. So I got up immediately went to shower then start my 30 minutes walk to office. Luckily I arrived on time.
After work, I walked again going home and thats how I achieved my 5k steps today. I hope tomorrow I can wake up earlier so that I will not be in a hurry.
