Today I got to workout with cause he lifts heavy things and needs someone to make sure he doesn’t drop the heavy things, so that was fun. In between his sets I trained legs. It was one of those workouts where I felt like I wasn’t getting a good lift in so I kept doing more things to try and burn them out. Well a couple hours later I learned that I had, in fact, got a good workout in because I could no longer bend at waist for fear of tearing my hammies lol
