Health is wealth, a man who sit all day is liable to die young as idleness only shorten the life span....
I am on vacation and all offline work has been suspended so that makes me very lazy and i don't even go out at all, i prefer staying indoor operating my system and i realized not exercising the body and too much rest can also make someone to fall sick..
so i have decided to always exercise and stroll out on daily basis to keep my health in good condition and also be able to post my actifit report...
What did i do today? i strolled out this evening and by the time i returned home i was in 3500 counts, that wasn't enough so i walk around inside my crib, did some dancing jumping and didn't rest till i get the 5k counts. Gone are those days when 5k seems like a piece of cake lol
