I've been starting october stong and signing up to a month of Bikram Yoga classes has been a great descision so far as I really enjoy them and they really give a great feeling while fixing my skin at the same time. Once this month is over I plan on continuing to go there once a week. Reps are currently a bit on hold because there is only a limited amount each day and going to the hot yoga takes up about 3 hours. I a able to combine my daily actifit goal since walking to it and back equals about 5000 steps.

Both a walk to the supermarket an the walk and back to my bikram yoga classes resulted in exactly 10000 steps reaching the daily Actifit goal on Wednesday. Next report will likely be on friday since I can’t really track my 2 hours of tennis tomorrow.
