Walked 80 mins day in day out..
And the good thing is that only because of this particular thing I am to walk this much and that thing is the lack of transportation available lol...
Which means that I don't own a bicycle nor a bike nor anything else which is eventually concluded that I need to walk lol...
But also, the myth of walking for more than an hour daily is that you will become tired and you will feel fatigue but no that is not really true...... You will actually feel pretty healthy and I would definitely recommend it...
