I just downloaded the actifit app this morning and I thought I would try it out for a while. Besides going for a short walk this morning it was just a normal day of work. I work on my feet all day so I guess I racked up some steps. I’ll see over time what an average day looks like in my step count and how that compares to days that I go hiking or jogging. I have a hard time sticking to a regular schedule of exercise so i am hoping that this app will help me to stay focused on my health and wellness goals.
