PROGRESS UPDATE!!!!!

Over the past 5 months, I’ve slowly progressed my squats from to the bar+10 to the bar+45.
I guess I sort of hit a plateau (laziness) where i just kept doing the bar+45 and never tried to do much more....
Today I hit up squats as my frist exercise and hit out a few sets...
- empty bar
- +10
- +25
- +35
- +45
THEN!!!!!!
- +50
I did all of my sets x12 reps, except for the +50 which i only did x9 reps.
Feeling pretty good!!
