Daily report! Today was a day of rest on my keep fit app.
Was going to sneak some yoga in, but want to honour the process.
Was also day of me making another run at the revive program. I get about 3 or 4 weeks in and get sidetracked.
Day 1 taking L-glutamine and starting to cut sugar... extra sugars, like sweets, out of your diet.
And as usual, my plan of doing too much, 4HrBody routine is a glut-4 thing, which is doing a few squats and wall push-ups right when you eat, and again 90 minutes later. This kicks in parts of the cell that use up glucose. Like tricking it that you are working out.
Water intake: 10+ glasses...
