Worked from home. That includes some serious naptime.
Today was only dogwalks. I am about to go read up on my revive program, because I haven't done today's yet.
Just did the keep fit app which was all shoulder stretches.

Here's part of my health app
that 3K of food includes some delivery, so some lazy health options made there.. the circuit training is shoulder exercises. And the walks are in with the 74 minutes of active time..
You can see my sleep schedule early in the week. I work late with SL, then have a morning meeting for 4 hrs then nap til the afternoon..
Water intake is 8+ glasses..

today's is about not watching tv after 10 pm (I will always fail at this one since I work in the evenings), and eating a good breakfast, including protein. he suggests smoothies.. I'll have to up my smoothie game..
