Keep fit: relax day
Revive: spinal reset. Will do that this week. Going to do now the back wall stretch. Then maybe before bed the tennis ball neck stress relief. Forgot to mention that this week it suggests taking a relaxing got bath before bed.
Off to drink water. Wall stretch, then finish some vids on mongodB.
SL doesn't have a holiday so will be online for their Q's as well.
