Taking a break from all other health endeavours. Other than water.
Gonna have another then hit 8+. Not great for what I can do, bug mich better than my usual of zero before I had the app.

Will be heading into a weekend which I consider cheat days and starting up a 'new week' on the keepFit Yoga... and next week revive for the relaxation stuff and 4hrBody for the meals..
