Read somewhere that 2 hrs of greentime per week is good for your mental health. Like being in the woods and around trees.
So been doing walks with puppies in the local park. High Park is like Toronto's equivalent of Central Park. Certainly not as big but it spans a few city blocks wide (3 subway stops) and from Bloor to Queensway. In the core that would be the whole downtown.
Water was good. 12+ glasses. Food intake good. 2000ish calories.
No time for yoga or stretches. Tech'd a comedy show tonight. On my way home to walk dogs and start my night QA shift..
