Hello all, I used to take care of my fitness quite thoroughly, as years go by, I tend to lose focus. Moreover, this year I'm having tight traveling schedule for many occasions. Food intake weren't taken care of, and slack in training. As a result, my metabolic rate had dropped much and my fitness level had been reduced by many folds. Until recently, I started to put myself together and started with some simple exercises including brisk walking, and some simple bodyweight training. I'm hoping to get myself back within half a year.
Here's my entry for the Plank Competition. I am aware 130seconds is not alot, but that's all I can give for now. I think by the end of this competition, I should be able to achieve 160seconds. I definitely know I'm not going to win anything with this performance, as I heard world record is 8 hours, and seriously I don't want my readers to stare at the screen whilst I'm trying to hold a plank and get themselves bored. So yeah, here's my submission for the plank competition. Lemme quote the loser's old saying, more importantly is the participation!
