Here is a tree that I think it is possible to consider quite tenacious, while I was walking in the park outside the archaeological Acqui Terme museum, admiring the old walls of the Paleologi Castle dating back to the fifteenth century, my eye fell on this imposing tree that overhang the structure's walls, it must have been up there for some time due to its considerable height.
The walls were surrounded by a rope and a sign said: "danger of collapse". Judging by the protruding stones, especially on the corner wall that you can see in the picture center just below the tree, its roots are making space downwards making a strong pressure on the walls enlarging them, in all probability they will have sooner or later the best by making them fall in part, of course, except for restoration operations.
Unfortunately at that time the museum was closed, so I didn't have the opportunity to visit it and to be able to see tree closer.

Ecco un albero che penso sia possibile considerare abbastanza tenace, mentre passeggiavo nei pressi del museo archeologico di Acqui Terme dove si trova un parco, ammirando le vecchie mura del Castello dei Paleologi risalenti al XV secolo, il mio l'occhio é caduto su quest'albero imponente che sovrastava le mura della struttura, deve trovarsi lassù da parecchio tempo vista la sua altezza abbastanza considerevole.
Le mura erano cintate tutto attorno da un cordone ed una scritta su un cartello diceva: "pericolo di crollo". A giudicare dalle pietre sporgenti, soprattutto sulla parete d'angolo che potete vedere al centro della fotografia proprio sotto l'albero, le sue radici si stanno facendo spazio verso il basso facendo una forte pressione sulle mura allargandole, con ogni probabilità prima o poi avranno la meglio facendole cadere in parte, naturalmente a meno di operazioni di restauro.
Purtroppo in quel momento il museo era chiuso, non ho così avuto l'opportunità di visitarlo e di poter vedere l'albero da più vicino.
