Today was a special day. A girl I’m dating and talking a lot with cane down to visit me and got to meet my mom! She’s a sweet girl and I’m blessed to be in a relationship with her! 😊
We decided to go on a nice walk alongside the Snake River canyon, towards the Shoshone Falls. I got to learn a lot about The Wolf Among Us, some Fruits Baskets, and how my love was doing transitioning from her old job to her new one.
Being able to sit there at the Shoshone Falls was such a beautiful site to behold, especially with how misty they were looking today! There were many benches along the trail that my love and I walked for a while down, but one was perched perfectly in view of the Falls before a winding path down to the park. I wish we held hands while taking in that moment just to cap things off.
Overall, it was a great day! We came back after all that to find a wonderful lunch prepared by my mom. Herb chicken breast, spinach, squash, and berries never could have been more filling! I discovered just how my date loves ketchup, and she couldn’t be more adorable to me!
