My legs felt a bit sluggish today so I took the day off from running. I did get some physical activity with my students and chasing my kid around today. I'm pretty happy that I got 10K steps in today.
I'm hoping to hit somewhere around 15K steps tomorrow since I will be running again. This shouldn't be to hard if I run 4 or 5 miles in the morning or afternoon.
