Here is my today's health report prepared by actifit android app.
1st working day of the week not great for me. Late woke up with the headeque destroyed my whole day performence even office work is totaly dam for little pain on head. After lunch toke paracetamol then gradually relief from the pain.
At the evening I am fine.
