Yesterday was an active day. It started with my usual 10 k in the morning. But my morning activity was opaqued by a couple of small injuries.
While running one ankle started to hurt and keep hurting all the activity. It wasn't a lot of pain but I need to rest a couple of days so it won't become a problem or a larger injury.
Also later on the day I felt a little pain in my lower back. That I need to put a lot more of attention because a back pain is really hurtful. I guess I'm just old.
Even with my pains, I took the dog for a walk in the afternoon.
