As promised, I am finally posting this report a bit earlier than normal. Instead of 2 minutes to midnight... 😵

So, today. I only did my usual 6 mile walk. not great, pretty crap. Not as good as a half marathons or mega training session. My abs are still recovering, I have 4 more weeks to wait. 2 weeks until I see the doctor about inner ear problem then hopefully back on to doing epic stuff.
Today was focused on upping my skills, training, learning programing and A.I as well as electrical/electronics. Tomorrow I will be doing some woodwork for a project followed by more training and writing. So, its as exciting as watching paint try.😨😿
However, I am in Glasgow for a few days so I decided to see some friends at a gym where I used to do MMA and Boxing. Kinda feels weird going there to not train. Kinda felt a bit crappy, like when my hamster escaped its cage, left the house, broke into the pet store and liberated its fellow hamster kind and led a rebellion against mankind!
Not much to write about training, most of you know how to walk. Put on a double layer of socks, good clothing, take water with you, avoid getting ran over by a car or shot by the police. Just the same old.
