Today I pushef myself to about 7 miles, or a wee bit more. I stuck on some headphones, put on some music and went for a wander. I use to put on Audiobooks/lessons but I'd find that I'd end up stopping to listen to them at random points.
Not that far of a walk but I am feeling confident that my ab injury has healed so maybe tomorrow I will do some light weight lifting.
Next week I am visiting a medical specialist to find out WTF is wrong with me and hopefully find out if it can be treated. I really miss running half marathons and 10 mile daily walks to and from work. So hopefully they can fix things.š
No real point in taking a photo today, I've posted hundreds of the route I walk. But tomorrow, I may end up going somewhere different.šØ
Later on this month I will write about a hidden part of Scotland that is often overlooked by tourists. Possibly in a similar format as my last post:š
