Yesterday I was traveling, so no specific training for me but I was able to do some walking. I was hoping to do more but the 800 km drive and lack of sleep had an affect on me.
As far as the eating is concerned I had had of what I use to eat, so weight loss program is still ok. I can't upload the photos about my lunch unfortunately.
Today is going to be walking day again so I'm hoping to reach my goal and even more. I had a good sleep and I'm full of energy now.
Sorry for not posting any images but the upload is failing constantly. WiFi is not so great. Maybe next time.
