Unfortunately my day wasn't what I expected but that is called life and it's said to be full of surprises. After the blockchain halt I had to make sure I have everything in order and spent more time steeming than usually. This is how I only have the minimum of 5k as far as steps are concerned.
I did my core muscle training as usual, that is now part of my life and one day I'll be thankful for my old self for doing this. While searching for exercises I found out about the origin of the "Swiss ball". The ball was cremated by an Italian but it is called Swiss ball after a Swiss doctor who was the first to use it in physiotheraphy. After almost a month of experience I have to say this doctor must have been a smart one, he knew what he was doing as it's very efficient in muscle training.
Although I've been consequent in the last few weeks, made sure to always have the minimum of 5k, now I'd like to do more. I have the ball and my indoor cycle and have to do more. The weather is cooling off slowly, days are still hot but not for long. Nights and cooler already, so the discomfort caused by high temperature will be gone soon and my energy level back up again I hope. This is going to be my new lifestyle now, the healthy one.
