To my surprise, despite all the bad things that happened yesterday I was still able to get the minimum of 5k. I did my 34 minute of cycling, 16.1km.
Also did my core muscle training with weights on the ball. I'm feeling my muscles this morning, it's not sore muscles but I'm feeling the effect of last night training, which is good.
No walking yesterday just the necessary minimum to get from point A to point B.
Today is going to be interesting. I have a lot of things to do and I'm not feeling well. Part of my yesterday's failure was due to a severe headache which is a warning sign. Today I'm not feeling well either but I don't want to talk about it as I hate complaining. I don't know what the day holds for me but I'm going to try to do the best I can, do my training to keep me activity going. Fingers crossed that nothing bad happens 🤞
Actifit is motivating me more than I would have thought. Since I've created this alt account and posting my actifit activity I'm more self conscious and not so lazy. I'm trying to do my training and walking every day. The other day I raised my delegation to 600 SP to support the community. I believe in this project and see a bright future ahead of it.
