Sometimes you make plans for a whole day and then you can hardly do anything you've planned. That's how my day looked like yesterday. Nothing happened as planned. Thank God nothing bad happened except for the light in my oven burned out.
I was able to do my walk up and down the hill and stairs but shame on me, I only have the minimum of 5k for yesterday. No indoor cycling and no core muscle training. On the other hand let's look at the bright side of the story, let's say I had a rest day for my muscles.
Today I have no excuse. It's going to be a busy day with family event and I'll be walking all day I believe. I need to do my cycling and core muscle training in the evening. Let's see how it goes.
