Although it's weekend, I should rest and have fun, I had a very busy day yesterday. Something came up and had to do a lot of work around the house. This was not sport but I was up all day running around like a spider on the wall and that means burning calories.
At the end of the day I did my core muscle training to keep the continuity. This is important if you really mean it and want your muscles to get stronger.
Today I'm going to be busy again but I'm hoping to have some free time at the end of the day.
I'm a bit concerned about temperatures dropping so abruptly. It's 0°C almost each night which is a bit early but it is what it is, we have to deal with it. Weather forecast says it's going to warm up the next few days and night temperatures will be around 8 - 10°C, which is better. I'd like to enjoy autumn and not jump into winter automatically if possible.
This weekend should have been about morning training in the park but I'm doing other things instead. Maybe it's better this way, next week it's going to be warmer. We'll see said the blind man, right?
