Yesterday was a mixed day. Of course it didn't go as planned, never does. I'm getting used to it now although I'm not happy at all. It should get better instead of getting worse but I'm not complaining.
Looks like I'm collecting 5k's now. It's better than nothing but not the best.
I've been planning of doing cycling which I already miss but a sudden stomach ache made me postpone it for today. Looks like I have to cut some food out of my menu to avoid stomach aches, it's confirmed now that it's not good for me.
Ok, so yesterday was walking and core muscle training with weights. That I could still do as it doesn't take long but some exercises on the ball had to be left out. I'm doing these weight lifting exercises with rotation, max 3 groups of muscles a day. I hate the write about my health problems, so I need to be more careful to avoid at least the food related problems.
Today the weather is nice, nights are not so cold anymore, it looks like it was just a cold wave for a few days. At the moment of writing it's 12°C outside which is perfect for this period of the year.
Today I must do more, must organise my time better to do everything that is planned.
