After a few days of craziness yesterday I could follow my daily routine again. Did my walking which was kind of power walking uphill and on the stairs. After that I did 30 minutes cycling, 14.5km or so and my core muscle training. This is a full circle for me at the moment.
I've been to a sandwich shop yesterday and saw these funny chairs you can sit on while having your sandwich. You can't pedal and burn calories as the pedals don't have enough space but it's still looking cool. There is a coffee shop nearby where there's a kayak that you can sit on and a bathtub outside for smokers. These shops must belong to funny people.
Last night it started to rain and it looks like it's going to be raining all day. Good thing it's not cold. I'm planning to do some crazy things but I'm not sure yet. We'll see how much precipitation is sent to us. We'll see.
Anyway, indoor cycling and core muscle training can be done in the rain as well.
