Yesterday was the first day when I forgot to check my Actifit count. The day started well although it was raining pretty much all day. I did my walking and my cycling as usual. 30 minutes of pedaling, 14.8km, which is pretty fast for me. Then I did my core muscle training, then I got distracted and forgot to check my count.
When I checked the tracker was already past midnight and saw I didn't do enough, could not reach the minimum of 5k, fell short. There was nothing I could do except to learn my lesson and be more careful next time.
No worries, it's not a tragedy, I'm not doing this so I can post my actifit report. My first goal is to keep myself in shape and be healthy, but if I'm still doing actifit, might as well pay attention to the count. Better luck next time.
Anyway, today is a new day, the weather is so so, it's not raining anymore, the weather forecast says it's not going to rain today and it's going to be sunny in the afternoon.
