While thinking of a title for my post (which is a pain most of the times) just realized yesterday was the last Saturday of the month. Time is flying and we're going to meet October in a few days.
Yesterday I woke up feeling like a car ran me over, I was sleepy and very tired, my energy level was ranging between extremely low and zero. I was just dragging myself basically but that has changed around noon. I don't know why and how, I didn't take anything, never do, don't even drink coffee, let alone other stuff. I had my black tea as usual, may be that or not, I don't know but it doesn't matter.
What matters is that I finally had a 10k day. After a string of 5 and 6k days this is something. I took a walk that should have wakened me but it didn't. I did my biking which was shorter than usual, 21 minutes, 10.6km. I should log these trainings into an app to see the speed. It may help motivate me. Of I should get a device that can be attached to my stationary bike directly. Or I should just drop the stupid things and concentrate my time and energy on my trainings 😁. Anyway, I know an app that can do that and I'm going to try it out. Who knows, maybe it's going to motivate me. Worth a try.
By the way, I almost forgot, I did my core muscle training too.
I'm posting some photos with my actifit report as usual. Now that autumn is here, nature is dressing up accordingly. Leaves are changing colours and that's the most beautiful thing you can see as a photographer.
Maybe it's just me who's fascinated by this phenomenon, I don't know but it's a joy taking these photos.
Today being Sunday and the weather is good, I'm heading out for a photo shoot in my favourite park. This involves walking, stairs and hills.
