I'll skip the first part of the day and jump straight to the highlight of this Friday.
Business run around Bled lake
It is a great run in a wonderful scenery and the organization is perfect. As this is a business run there are relay teams with three members from teh same company on the start.
The round around the lake is six kilometers long with no major climbs. The biggest challenge is to avoid the hordes of tourists and their headless turning around while taking selfies.
It was sunny and hot. We are not used to proper spring weather yet.
My run was a decent one. I can be satisfied with the sub five minutes pace.
After the run there was the traditional awards presentation with great pasta, champagne and kremšnita cake.
Not to mention delicious beer.
All in all it was a beautiful day spent in the great company of my coworkers doing the things you love to do.
