Today I ran 5km with an average speed of 5:30, just to feel my legs. Unfortunately the injuries are not healed and I have a lot of pain in my feet and legs. Good thing is that there are still 4 days to go until the race.
Tomorrow I will be visiting a therapist and I will do a couple of procedures with my massagist, so I can be in good shape for Sunday.

Unfortunately my actifit is still not working properly and that is a bit annoying, because I really can't rely on it for a count. Hopefully they will fix it and It will work properly.
