The brown playdough was a hit! The children used the natural materials with the playdough to create objects or things that were a product of their own imagination. They made lizards, dinosaurs, forest, doughnuts, and a lot more other ideas, which were fun to watch. Definitely countless and endless ideas!
My activity steps were from walking around the school playing and supervising the children, despite the leg cramps or muscle spasms which I have been suffering from since yesterday, I survived because I rubbed Voltaren gel on my leg and took Ibuprofen tablets for pain relief. They worked after a couple of hours. Last night, I literally cried because of the severe pain. Apparently, it is termed as Charley horse, which I have never heard before but when my Director said the word and I googled what it was, all the symptoms listed were the things I have been experiencing.
A charley horse is a muscle cramp that is sudden and painful which commonly occurs on the calf muscle at the back of the lower leg but may also occur in the foot and in the thighs. (Medical News Today)
I know! I should never self-diagnose. Google doesn't help me with my hypochondria. What's the cure for that?
