Yesterday we started the get in shape challenge with actifit and Appics and even though I wasn’t really able to do a real workout, I recorded the activity for a long power walk with my dogs 😊 which was luckily just enough for the minimum requirements! I will do better in future reports but just to start using and testing it I decided to still upload this one.
I was walking with my dogs for about 60 minutes and I think we walked about 2-3 kilometers but not really sure.
