For some weeks I have been posting this stuff to to my alt but while not of any high literary value it feels like a waste of both words and activity. And, of course, also reputation score when that 70 seems so hard to achieve.
Today Actifit crashed only once and I think it resulted in around 2-3k missed count again. All rather irrelevant as I found a local gym at reasonable price, yes one with only one cardio device - the treadmill - and otherwise just weights. My type of gym.
Time to start pumping iron again. Which of course is totally unrelated to a metal Spotify Playlist because metal is the most played genre on my devices anyway.
Maybe this time I may push things all the way and join the nutters crossfitters in some weeks or months. Although I will first need to further convince myself that CF doesn't do unneeded damage to muscles - it does - but that's a story for another day.
And, obviously, crossfit can easily be done in a local gym without paying premium hipster rates. Just need the WOD programs.
I like the idea of pumping iron again. I am looking forward to start again next week.
