Yay!!! I am so glad I have this app it motivates me to achieve my goal! This is not easy for me because I do this after my 8-9 hours duty in our laboratory. Thanks for those people who created this application, you guys are concern to our health and at the same time earning! 3 days doing this and I am loving it! Definitely do this morw often, I mean every other day. 😉
