I had another busy and active evening today. After work I went with my wife on a quick shopping trip. Even though it was a quick trip, we still ended up walking from one end of Walmart to the other, so we walked a good distance.
After we returned home I took Brownie on a long walk. Or should I say she took me. She loves this cool weather and wants to keep walking long after I'm ready to return home. I also spent some time on the treadmill afterwards.
