The last three days were exhausting at work, early departure and late return home. And then I just fell into bed. Today I took a little walk in the evening to clear my head and get some fresh air. Luckily it's now the weekend. I hope I can switch off enough. At least I have some distractions. Tomorrow evening I have an appointment and on Sunday I go to the handball international...

Die letzten drei Tage waren anstrengend auf Arbeit, dazu früh los und spät wieder zuhause. Und dann auch gleich nur ins Bett gefallen. Heute habe ich abends noch einen kleinen Spaziergang gemacht um den Kopf frei zu bekommen und ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Zum Glück ist nun erstmal Wochenende. Ich hoffe, ich kann genug abschalten. Immerhin habe ich durchaus Ablenkung. Morgen Abend steht eine Verabredung an und am Sonntag gehe ich zum Handball-Länderspiel...
