As usual, after waking up and saying my morning prayer, I started my health activities. Today did cycling for about 12 km.
Other times, it was like yesterday. Clinic, home, clinic, mosque, clinic!
After the clinic hour, today went to Lulu hypermarket. The walk in the big supermarket was as similar as the regular out side walking.
That is how I managed to do 16k activities today.
