My watch was just about to die, but before I took it off to charge it I had to make sure that I got my 10000 steps, lol! Before I got to this mail biting finish line I worked out doing some skills training. I am working towards a full planche (I have a very long way to go but that's exciting not daunting) and I am also working on handstands, I'm able to hold for a very exciting 5 seconds! In the attached photo I am using my paralette bars and a resistance band to hold an assisted tuck planche. There's so much room for improvement, it doesn't make much sense to critique myself too harshly but rather to use this for reference in acquiring awareness of my form.
